BUILDING BRIDGES

People grow up at certain periods in history and adapt to the world that they inherit, thus developing distinct perspectives on life in general and work in particular.

With five distinct generations, each with their own values, beliefs and expectations sharing the same workplace, is it any wonder why conflict erupts, communication is stifled and collaboration obstructed?

This seminar was designed in order to foster employee collaboration and recognition that each generation has its own merits and strengths. When an environment of mutual trust exists, people will work together in an effort to achieve company goals.

SEMINAR OBJECTIVES

  • Combat age stereotypes and prejudices

  • Recognize that each generation has its own merits and strengths

  • Implement action learning groups so that workers can learn from one another
